Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions

  • You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation)

How Do I apply for return or Refund?

  • To return an item, please email us at info@aerocolorspk.com with the return reason and order details.
  • Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to, Multan, Pakistan

Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive your request and inspect it (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect

Do We Offer Refunds?

  • Generally, we do not offer refunds. However, if we cannot offer an exchange or another solution, we may provide a refund. If a refund is issued, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

  • The minimum processing time for a refund is 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

SALE & DISCOUNTED ORDERS

  • Discounted or sale items are typically non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, exchanges and refunds for sale or discounted products are only applicable if the product you received does not match the product you ordered.
